These terms cover using lifeadelics.com and registering for a Lifeadelics experience. By using the website or registering, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not register.

Who we are

Lifeadelics (“we”) runs this website and our experiences from Phoenix, Arizona. You can reach us through the contact form.

Our experiences

Each experience has its own page with its description, date, price and what to expect. Places are limited. When an event is full, registration closes, and we do not keep a waitlist. We may change details of an experience.

Registering and paying

• Register by completing the registration form on the experience’s page. Please give accurate information.
• The price is shown on the experience’s page, in US dollars, and is paid when you register.
• Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your registration is confirmed on screen once your payment is complete.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are handled by us, on request. If your registration is cancelled up to 48 hours before the event you get a full refund, and after that a flat 50% refund. Registrations are not transferable. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you get a full refund. The details, and how to ask, are on our Refunds and Cancellations page.

Taking part safely

Our experiences can include movement, breathwork, sound, time outdoors and other practices. They are not medical or mental health treatment, and nothing we say or publish is medical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an experience is right for you.

• Tell us about any health condition or medication that could affect your participation, using the optional questions on the registration form or by contacting us first.
• Talk to your own doctor if you are unsure whether you should take part.
• Take part at your own pace, and stop or step out whenever you need to.
• Follow the guidance of the people running the experience, and the law that applies to you.

Risk

Physical and emotional activities carry some risk, such as strain, injury, tiredness or strong feelings. By registering you accept that you take part at your own risk. This does not limit any right you have under the law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Behaving well

We want every experience to be safe and welcoming. We may ask someone to leave an experience if their behaviour puts anyone at risk or disrupts the group.

Our content

The words, images, audio and video on this website and in our experiences belong to Lifeadelics or the people who let us use them. You may read and share links to them for your own personal use. Please do not copy, sell or republish them without asking us first.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim connected to an experience is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit anything that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms and this website from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. The terms in force when you register are the ones that apply to that registration. How we handle your information is explained on our Privacy page.
